Only 2d image works with Image sampler and result also will be 2d.

Just make screenshot or save any way and open in the image sampler.

When I connect the Equality component to the panel, there's a message error on the equality telling me "Data conversion failed from Text to number". Do you have any idea why or what the problem could be ???

Maybe you can just try using number slider.

Do you know how to use image sampler, to get this result, but then reduce all the circle radius to be one of 3 or 4 sizes. This is a great process for visualizing results on the computer, but to fabricate a metal panel I need to have three radius sizes that are the sizes of standard hole punches, and all resulting geometry needs to be one of those three sizes.

Use Sort List and Split List to get points in 4 groups and make circles there with radius you want to make.
