You can setup a CloudWatch alert for GuardDuty findings and use input transformer: docs.aws.amazon.com/guardduty/latest/ug/guardduty_findings_cloudwatch.html#guardduty_findings_cloudwatch_format

Hello Yathath, currently we have no way of modifying SNS subject from event bridge using input transformer. If you want to have more control over the email, you would want to go for Lambda instead of standard event trigger template emails.
