What is nine spaces?

@@SwiftfulThinking This is when you split an image into nine spaces with 2 vertical and 2 horizontal lines after that you can define which part of a picture should be scalable(and many more). For instance you have a huge image with nothing in the middle but once you rotate your device side part of an image get distorted. I hope the explanation is clear
