This isn't abandoned cart, this is an abandoned checkout flow - its very common to confuse the two but there are nuances. An abandoned cart flow would use ADDED TO CART as the trigger + filter for "placed order - zero times"

does this only target email subscribers or is there a way of setting it for all customers that abandon and give their emails because on shopify email marketing its only sending to people who subscribe which is annoying as i could increase my sales massively if i knew how to do it do non subscribers

Did you mention disabling the original Shopify abandoned cart flow? Some merchants end up sending Klaviyo + Shopify emails at the same time.

@@hibaamine7670 Yes, according to Klaviyo, if you're using a Klaviyo flow for abandoned cart, then you want to disable that Shopify flow by going to shopify settings > checkout, and un-check the box that says "Send abandoned checkout emails automatically"

Hi, if a customer clicks and completes a purchase after receiving the first email in the abandoned cart series, will they continue to receive the subsequent ones, or do I need to set up a conditional split to stop the flow?
