Btw soul barb does not increase DMG from overtime effects, rather it causes DMG based on the amount of buffs the opponent has

Yes you are right Listen kushala is placing IGNITE BUFFS that placing soul barb And using sp1 dealing more incinerate damage Btw soul barb helps to increase damage with more ignite buffs

Yes kushala's sp 3 doing blessings lasts 4 seconds longer no need soul barb to increase seconds. But main damage source is soul barb and incinerate. sp3 is not so important to place. Main source is soul barb, incinerate and heavy blessing.

how is that too much words? The one that looks like a cereal box is actually Kabam itself. (Have you seen how much words are on Kushala's Champion info?) I found this video really helpful, especially when I have no idea how to use her effectively.
