Im having the same issues with connection failed. If o didn't spend so much on this i would trash it. Please come up with a fix for this. I am going to buy a different laser but I'll keep this for coaster. No LP5 for me.

I'm on a Macbook and it won't connect via USB for me either. Super frustrating since the phone app fuzzes the lines for engraving. I cannot find a way to get my design on my computer to load onto the phone app--hoping that fixes the blurry lines and then I can actually engrave since it won't connect on the computer.

Attempting to connect LP2 to Desktop window 11 shows "connection failed". I have tried another computer and laptop also the same problem.

Also using Windows 11 - Software says "Connection Failed" I've tried running in compatibility mode, but still doesn't work. Please fix this issue! There are too many competitors in this Blue Diode Laser space now for this software to not work. If your potential customers continue to see that your desktop software does not work, you will not be anyone's choice.
