Being completely new to this I assume theirs generally 2 ways to use this and other programs. You have a high end computer with no cost or you pay for a subscription and have it done in the cloud so to speak.

The vast majority (including this service) is done entirely on the cloud, not on PC (Stable Diffusion on its own needs your computing power) - most free tiers just limit how many images you can create. Hope that helps!

No, but the amount of creative control it gives you, and the sheer number of images you can create, it’s really cheap and excellent value.

I had early access for free. But it has just become available for a free 7 day trial. I think its a solid alternative to midjourney, however still not quite as good as mj imo, However i think the images leonardo generates look cleaner up close. Thanks for checking out the video mate :)

I'm not 100% sure about ALchemy itself, but your credits do refresh daily on the free membership
