How to use levels and badges for customer engagement - YITH WooCommerce Points & Rewards

Problem, the points who give a specific level are not the current points available on the account but the global cumulated points from the opening of the account for the user. It cause me a big problem for my configuration because I need to give statuts to my clients in terms of the points they have actually in their account, not those from the beginning, in order to do my reward program. Is there a possibility to calculate the levels in terms of real points in the place of those cumulated points from the beginning ? Thank you

Hey! Can I make pages on my website just for certain users? For example, users with gold badges can see a special page, but those with bronze or silver badges can't access it. Is that doable?

Hi there! 😃 This option is not available in YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards but you can use YITH WooCommerce Membership to create membership plans and restrict access in your shop so only members of specific plans can access specific pages, posts, or products in your shop. In the case you have described, if the badges are assigned with YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards, the membership plans are not assigned automatically but you can assign them manually to your users as shown in the Bulk Actions section here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-membership/settings/membership-users/. Can I change settings on this plugin for purchase point in specific level by customer's money?

Hii, Is it possible to restrict the customers from redeeming their points till they reach a specific level of points, say make 1000 points to redeem it?

Hi there! 😃 With YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards, you can create redemption rules to define the maximum amount or percentage discount users can get by redeeming points based on their levels. This way, you could set a 0% discount for those levels that are below 1000 points. Hey, is it possible to add free shipping when redeeming points only for specific levels, so for example bronze customers don't get free shipping, but silver customers do?
