LAR is definitely a slow burning game. Expect a year+ to get good for F2P.

No, because protection cards also blocks crushing blow.

So crushing blow would remove the starting defense from a card but not the bonus defense that protection gives. So a card with 36 defense will usually double to 72 defense, but against a crushing blow card 36 of that defense is removed leaving 36 still. No crushing blow cards go above 36 damage so no damage will be done to the player.

This type of deck would take longer to make than tie breaker usually right? I just started like 3 months ago

then just focus on getting tie breaker its great as intermediate player

It would take the same amount of time as a tiebreaker deck, but the final forms cards aren’t really useful outside of the arena. So lobo is better for mid to end game players
