This has GOT to be the BEST heat transfer using the adhesive that I have seen yet, and I PROMISE you I HAVE SEEN MANY!!!! This is a GREAT design. YOU ROCK!!!!!! I'm pretty sure you'll hear, "that's a lot of work for one shirt" but from experience, I know everything is easier when you're not recording and attempting to avoid judgement (good luck with that). Yes, there are quite a few steps but a shirt like this will sell quickly for Beach lovers AND draw repeat business because this is a unique shirt. It's not always, minimal work = max profit b/c a $20 profit shirt that never sells is a waste. But make 20, $5 profit shirts and bank easily. Granted, it's not fit for survival, but it is fit for, "hey, lets go check out TRW, their things are so cool and so different." I know for sure that one of a kind work draws repeat customers, I am that customer. Great work, let no one's words discourage you. Keep up the good work!

@TheRhinestoneWorld6 жыл бұрын
Hey Joseph, We actually have created distressed fonts to help with the creation of this if you want to check them out! As far as creating them yourself, the best way to do that is to use your line tool, convert outline to object (this is what it is called in Corel), then trim the line into the object. TRW Nick

how durable is foil after washing and drying?
@sergepierre43445 жыл бұрын
No one seems to answer this question. Trust me I look lol. Im just gonna buy from different companies and see the results myself. Im assuming they wont be good cause if it were as durable as traditional plastisol screen printing, they would market that aspect.

@ciscoaq28935 жыл бұрын
Wait a minute. Im confused im watching this over. So you didnt have to cut the colored foil? You just used the TRW magic foil ontop of the adhesive cut and the foil glued /applied to the cut areas ONLY? What stopped the rest of the foil in the square pieced you laid from being melted on?
@ciscoaq28935 жыл бұрын
Or how did the color foils not all stick together ?
@vernesahenderson76833 жыл бұрын
The foil itself has no adhesive. So it will only stick to the adhesive that was pressed on the shirt.

They have their own. The adhesive you press first, remove the carrier. Then lay down the foil sheet which has a crazy thin carrier of it's own. Press again which activates the adhesive against the foil, cool down, peel the foil away and it leaves behind only the pieces the adhesive grabbed onto. -TRW Crystal

If I have a text overlapping a design (subtract method) how do I add 2 different colors of foil?
@TheRhinestoneWorld7 жыл бұрын
The two different transfers would be better off pressed separately rather than trying to press both adhesive transfers at one time and both pieces of foil at one time. Doing this will dull your first layer of foil a bit from pressing it a second time, but this is really the only way of pressing an interlocking foil design where you don't want the colors to mix together.
