How to Use Mesh Nonlinear Adaptivity (NLAD) in ANSYS Mechanical Workbench

Hi, is the remeshing option available in transient structural? It doesnt show for me. Im currently using ANSYS student.

The nonlinear adaptive remeshing is inactive in my ststic structural analysis. Can it be used in shell bodies?
