How to Use Messenger Kids

Messenger Kids is an app from Facebook design for saver messaging and video chat.
You can download the Messenger Kids app for iPhone, iPad, and Androids.
Login to your Facebook profile as a parent, so you can set up your kid's account.
You don't have to create a Facebook account for your kids as this is only for the Messenger Kids app.
You can add other kids to this account from the following list.
You can also send invites to your child's friends' parents, in order to connect the two kids.
You can also add adults your child can chat with such as family members.
Inside of the Messenger kids app, your kids can start a conversation with approved adults or kids. In each conversation, they can send text, pictures, stickers, drawings and they can even start a video chat.
Messenger Kids also has games your child can play on their own or two-player games they can play with others inside the app.

I am pretty sure you can't do that once it's sent it is sent but by accessing your child/s history you can get rid of the message but the other person may still be able to see it hope that helps!

I have a question that I hope you may be able to answer since I don't seem to find an answer online. For some reason my children's friends do not appear as an icon as you explain on 3:40. Any ideas? This works on the ipad but not on the iphone. Thanks for your help.

My Dad cannot figure out how to find his QR code in order to add my son as a friend. What does he click on? Because I told him just click on your profile picture/account pic at the very top of the page and it will then take you to the next page which will give you an option to either add a friends code or find your own QR code…. Isn’t that a correct description? He just can’t figure it out, so I thought maybe the options are different formats on different types of phones.. what do you think? Thanks 🙏

Messenger Kids was set up on my granddaughter’s tablet so we can speak. Saves her getting her parents phones to talk in Facebook messenger. I can’t connect to her on my iPhone. You can't, only the parents can, just in case a kid sends a inappropriate message, kids messenger makes it that you can't delete messages just in case it's inappropriate so the parents can find out

Normally when you open a video or photo a person has sent you, you press on the video/photo so the video/photo is full screen aka you can only see the video/photo them look in the corner of your screen for a download symbol/button hope that helps

Maybe uninstall then reinstall messenger kids make sure camera permission is on and if that doesn't work restart your phone (hold down power button) or your camera may be broken to test this go into camera app see if it works! Hope this helps
