@@SarahSivan Sarah..thanks. I started to prepare the CFA exam for November window. It's really a mess to organice my study. I started with Economics topics. Do you know if it's important to study the graphs (i.e: Perfect competition, monopoly, etc, graphs)? What do you recommend for this topic?

@@matiasainbinder4757 yeah I feel you, organizing studying can be difficult, have you tried following the order of the CFA curriculum? Sarah! How are you? Could I ask you some questions? What do you think is the best in order to practice exercises? I mean we have the exercises at the end of each reading, but we also have the practice exercises in the online web with the study plan, flashcards, etc. Do you recommend any of those? Because I think I'm spending too much time in resolving both exercises (CFA Books and online ones) and maybe I would not be able to study all the material on time.

Hi Sarah! Me again. I have couple of question. I'm confused with something. I'm taking the questions in each end-of-chapter those you say were 10-12. But I think I don't know what are you meaning with QUESTION BANKS. Because the questions provided in the Learning Ecosystem are exactly the SAME than the questions in the end of each chapter (maybe adding some extra questions). I suppose that question banks are the questions in the part thay says PRACTICE in the Learning ecosystem. It's correct? Thanks !!

Hello Matias! Some of the questions do overlap but there should still be a substantial amount of “new” questions provided as well! Perhaps they label it in practice for this year’s testing administration ( I’m just used to thinking about batches of questions on the same topic as “question banks” so my apologies for the confusion) let me know if you’re able to access the questions under practice and if you have any other q’s! Good luck on your exam 🙏☺️

Hi Rizwan! The mock exam is basically a practice exam that helps you simulate the actual full length exam given by the Cfa. You technically don’t have to clear the mock exam as it is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended to complete mock exams before taking the real Cfa exam to help your chances of receiving a passing score! 🤓

Hey Sarah this is time urgent would really appreciate it if you could reply asap I have completed the syllabus Done with the 1st revsion Just did the 1st mock both session with 67% score and 69% and 65% respectively My key problematic areas were: Lack of formula memory Some small terms/concept which i was completely unaware of that they existed and The last one is damn silly mistakes like i know those least likely and all and majorly while on a ques of which i knew this is not the answered was marked as my answer upon reviewing It would be great if you suggest what to do next Exam planned on 13th
@SarahSivan
@SarahSivan Жыл бұрын
Hi! Sure, for formulas as cliche as it sounds repetition is best (it helped me to keep rewriting the formulas till I was able to commit to memory on flash cards etc). The smaller concepts maybe glance at those readings and familiarize yourself with them since you might not have time to learn about them in depth, that way if a question is asked on exam at least you have some knowledge about the topic. And for silly mistakes, don’t beat yourself up about those, they are the easiest and quickest to correct. After making silly mistakes I would usually review those questions and why I got them wrong and it usually helped me retain the info better and helped avoided making that same mistake. You have some time till the exam, so keep focused, keep practicing and tie up any loose ends from studying and take breaks when needed not to burn out before the test. Hope this was helpful - hope you have a successful and smooth exam day🙏

@@SarahSivanThank you so much for this advice also do you think a score of 67% 12 days before the exams is kind of okay or should i be worried cause many people told that 65%+ is okay but i am very confused due to to the lack of transperancy by the CFA Institure regarding MPS.
@SarahSivan
@SarahSivan Жыл бұрын
@@bithal797 yeah it’s usually hard to tell since they don’t release MPS. My mock scores were similar but focus more on reviewing the mocks to gain extra points on the real exam day. Use the mocks to fill in any gaps of knowledge you have so that if you retook the mock you technically would score 100! I used these last two weeks for mocks and to review any last minute topics I was still unsure of. That should be able to help improve score %. Good luck on your exam 🙏☺️

Hi Sarah ! I have completed 50% syllabus of FSA (CFA lv1), now i am thinking of starting 1 new subject Corporate issuers along with FSA.
