How to use Motion Tracking in VSDC Pro: Beginner's guide

This day has come. We’re ready to present you with the most anticipated update that will take your video editing game to the next level. Meet VSDC Motion tracker.
The motion tracking tool has become available with the latest update (get it here: bit.ly/32sdlaf), and you’ll be able to do SO MUCH with it:
- create moving titles
- apply a censorship filter that will follow a moving object
- assign images or videos to another object’s movement paths

Nice and thanks for creating this. By way of suggestions, sometimes too many effects detract from the central goal of the video itself. In this case, the music does that. It detracts from this video- a good illustration of the concept that sometimes less is more. If the music were quieter and less of a change in beat across the video it would be ok. It is were more like white noise. But it drowns out the speaker. Not in volume but in impact.

I love this! But how do you edit the trajectory? And can you edit the trajectory of the item you've attached the trajectory to? In other words - I have a video where i am putting another person's. I want it to line up as close as possible to the movement. I've added the head, but I want to be able to more precisely adjust the head. When going into the movement map to edit, you do not see your added image and you're having to guess where it is positioned if that makes sense.

Hi there guys, loving the new version - I was wondering....I have started to make videos for an Irish lady documenting what's going on there at the moment. I looked for a Celtish/irish type font to make titles and stuff that might pop up during the video, but I couldn't see one. Are there any plans to include it the next time you upgrade your fonts? Hello, VSDC doesn't have any sets of fonts. You need to download one to your OS to be able to use it in the program.

The automatic tracking can get lost at points due to the selected object shrinking. I know this can fixed easily by manually re- sizing the tracking window, but I would like to suggest an option to either user the window or a singular point.

Is there any way of finding where the tracking track actually is, shame it's not visible on the timeline.. so you have to guess???? .. so you could look what time it comes in.. but you've got a big messy play arrow over the time menu..is it me or is that too complicated by far? I did get this to work after some hair pulling, and it looks pretty flash.

I'd like to know how to make an object appear to be moving on it's own without using stop-motion or green screen to do it. For example, I can get behind my Gumby and Pokey to move them across a scene, but then I'd have to make my hand invisible to make them appear to be moving on their own. Amazing motion tracker and great video. Are you able to smooth out the movement map? Like the text message in this case doesn't have to be exact so is there a way to smooth out jagged lines in the movement map since it is offset and doesn't have to be exact.
