It works for DOT effects when u hit the opponent while suffering from a DOT u reflect damage depending on your Sig level

If u are at Sig 170 try to take him to max Sig for the max benefit and yes the sigs definitely are amazing but Hercules also exists and peeps would rather use their stones on him then namor

Yup the damage doesn't need dupe but for utility which is extremely helpful in endgame content he needs dupe and ideally ideally max sig
