I just got my own tiam serum and I use it with the simple hydrating moisturiser. I use the tiam serum only at night since it’s a brightening product and I want my skin to get used to it

That’s good…. You can use niacinamide in the morning since it’s an antioxidant. It helps to prevent sun damage too just make sure to wear Spf 30 and above (I use an spf 50)

Since Vit c and niacinamide are antioxidants, you can use vitamin C in the morning and pair niacinamide and azelaic acid at night

Thanks for watching 🥰 There are some formulations with 15% niacinamide. Good molecules Discoloration serum has 4% niacinamide while tiam vita B3 has 10% niacinamide and 2% alpha arbutin which is potent enough to treat your dark spots and hyperpigmentation. I advice you to use them at different times of the day (one in the morning and one at night). However I use mine just once a day.

I think depending on the severity of the person’s skin condition, higher concentration of niacinamide might be recommended for a more visible and fast result. Also, Some people’s skin can tolerate higher concentrations of niacinamide and that is what they opt for

I wouldn't recommend 50%...its too high...even 10% made my skin extra dry with dark patches...high concentrations does work faster sometimes it might even cause adverse effect..i use d naicinamide serum from The ordinary and that was d worse thing i ever used on my face

@@fasaebisola6927 I used The Ordinary’s 10% Niacinamide 1% zinc too The formulation of that product is not so great. It clogged my pores and didn’t in anyway regulate my sebum production. 5% niacinamide is just enough for me. I also feel like anything above 10% niacinamide is too high. However some people use 15%, 20% and above cause it was recommended to them.

Try buying a mandelic serum it exfoliates dead skin and helps product penetrate faster personally nicinaminde at 10 percent is a high concentration so it normally reacts on people with sensitive skin instead of helping I would recommend the good molecules nicinaminde brightening toner it’s gentle and has many other dark sport fading properties other than nicinaminde

Yes, you can. You can use a toner with about 2-4% niacinamide and a 10 percent niacinamide serum if your skin can tolerate it. However the recommended formula is 10% niacinamide. Some people use up to 15% percent depending on the severity of their skin conditions. I personally will say it is safer to use a 2-4% niacinamide toner and finish up with a discoloration serum with about 4-5% niacinamide concentration. I hope this was helpful to you.
