Awsome plugin, been using it for ages to make sure kick and bass are in phase. Didn't know about the measurement function, so thanks for that. The delay adjustment function is essential for Ableton users...so glad that got added.

Will Mega Scope do a simulated combined waveform similar to Psyscope? That way you can find out how to maximize the bass frequencies when blending kicks with 808s etc.

Ive heard people having bad experiences with the plugin when online connection is an issue. I get dropouts last thing i need is that happening? Anyone??

as usual, Nate's walkthrough is really helpful. This plugin is much more useful in Cubase than Live because Live doesn't seem to report track names/colors or latency to the plugin. And when I add the compensation based on reported amounts along the plugin chain in Live, it seems to miss some latency somewhere. Perhaps a good reason to produce psytrance in Cubase.... I'm going to try one of the Melda plugins to see if I can do the same analysis without these issues....

Wondering how you got on with Melda's Oscilloscope , did it run more smoothly with Ableton. Reason for the q is i'm considering buying this plugin and working mainly in Live 11, would rather avoid if there are going to be issues.. ta!

I would recommended to use a noise gate on you mic or raise the threshold if you already have. It's useless to convey A/B , because if we hear the all breaths smacks and beside noises you make permanently. But thanks for the informative vid! Edit: And I see that you don't care of the polarity. Flipping the phase on the base cause the transients to invert, means more to the negative side of the speaker polarity, because transients of your Base are not symmetrically. Compare your enhanced Kick+Bass with the original un-enhanced wave separate rendered in a wave editor. And take care that the first Amplitude of bass or kicks are positive and if you have phase issues , then try to move the wave a complete sine wave length instead of half you do. Hope that improve your workflow a bit further.

@deejaygo294 no. . it won't polish a turd nor make measurable difference on beats headphones where everything is bass heavy hifi mid scooped. Heck ... wouldn't make any difference to audiophile speakers when ppl always make their own equipment adjustments

@@NathanStar-vw3dm if you’re making club orientated music, having kick&bass in phase makes a MASSIVE difference. No matter what you do, if your hits aren’t in phase your track most definitely won’t punch thru . Of course, being able to play an instrument like the piano or guitar is essential. Not a fan of filling in midi blocks !
