I liked 90% of this video, excellent and clear explanations. One pain point, and this might be a bit more nuanced and maybe above the level of the "ideal viewer" for the video. At @6:30, playing g4 without fixing h3 first can be beneficial, as getting the pawn to g3 often means white can never just lock it up with f3 and hope to survive. Mate along the h-file is usually inevitable within a few moves. The defending pattern faceoff is useful, but generally fails tactically when an attacking pawn is 2 squares in front of our king.

Thank you, I appreciate it! Agreed, maybe it's slightly above the level, but I should've at least mentioned it. I will pin your comment so more people can see this idea, it's a great one! :D

High quality video again, really enjoyed it. First defense, then offense, queen trade explanations in between for preparation, all in one example position. Well prepared and presented! Looking forward to more videos.

I think more of these middle game strategies would be great as these are what often decide the outcome of the game I find. Just a suggestion.I would love to see you play some games too😊

Great explanations, thank you! One thing I learned in another video on pawn storms (Chessvibes) is to take advantage of pawn forks. Like, if there's a pawn on h6 and a Knight on f6, the g5 push forces a pawn exchange. No time to close files for black or they lose the Knight.
