Hey mate, If you have paid for a service through either account, then the buyer is eligible for buyer protection and can make a claim up to 180 days from when the transaction was complete. In personal if you receive money NOT from a business related transaction then there will be no buyer protection and they cannot request the money back. I hope that makes sense.

If you look at paypal's policy, it says "They will use funds in the paypal account FIRST, and then as a standby option, whatever credit card is on file. I dont understand why PP will AUTOMATICALLY use money in your funds FIRST, and excersize the C.C. option second..even AFTER you click the button that says "USE CREDIT CARD AS PRIMARY PAYMENT OPTION"..look into it and you'll see what i mean.
