Pro Tip: Popol is, in fact, the strongest marksman at level 1. He might even be the strongest gold laner at level 1 unless the enemy brings something outlandish like gold Dyrroth. He's even stronger than Harith or Karrie. This is because of his poking skill, his skill 1, has deceptively high base damage AND it's almost impossible to punish. The second part of this skill, Kupa's 3 bites, is the main source of the damage and while this is happening, Popol could already be well out of your range. Popol is like Lesley in poking regard in that their animation is very fast, but Popol has even higher early damage compared to Lesley. Even a very mobile marksman like Claude or Wanwan will find it hard to pressure Popol because reaching him means taking bites from Kupa. And in early game every trade is important. Especially if it comes from Kupa who can regenerate his HP out of combat

Exactly, plus Kupa inherits 100% of Popol attributes and that's so broken, he's pretty much like a fighter, Hopefully he won't get nerfed in the future

clint can out poke him at level one , level 2 even worse cz clint can avoid kupa charge and still enhance his basic attack at same time . range wise i think clint is just up there. this is why he mentioned that clint is one of his counters.

i use same build , sprint spell and Basic common emblem , I experience basic common emblem more powerful ,, Assasin and marksman emblem makes me feel popol a lot vulnerable !!! Emblem set agility, and defence on lower than 50% hp and quantum charge. . I am all set to dominate game with this.

Julian is easier to use and Aamon is harder to use, But both heroes are strong I'd recommend Julian since he can be used as both Side laner and also as the jungler, But Aamon is strong only when he's used as the jungler

Once you get to mythic 15-25 stars people kill your dog so fast…. Any suggestions? I’m 160 matches 64% wr but it was 74 and it is just plummeting 😅

I'd recommend playing duo with a friend, and ask that friend to tank for u, but if you're playing solo You just gotta pray your tank will support you properly, Or just play safe until the mid game, Being supported by tank during the early stages of the game can make a huge difference
