That's a good demo. I knew the capability to change the look of links was there but needed to know how to do it. Well done!

I did not realize that PPT had this feature. Maybe I will dump Prezi and use Zoom in PowerPoint!

I really like that new feature.

I've been doing this a bit but not by section, just by slide and hiding them... Thanks for this. Also though have you noticed any degrading of this feature over time with a file? When sharing these presentations I have found many times the slide zoom icon i picked of an arrow for example, disappears and a tiny version of the slide image is now where I had changed image to an arrow? I'm also finding times where it should move on to the next section it still jumps back to the 'portal' slide instead of moving to the next section. Things that just need ironing out in future Office updates?

Love the video... but here's my puzzler: I want to have two powerpoint shows in windows side-by-side on my desktop... (No big deal!) But... I want to click on a Zoom Slide in PowerPoint A.... that navigates PowerPoint B to that slide... (Use case: one PowerPoint window is open as a "Table of Contents/Agenda"... that remains on screen while the second PowerPoint jumps to Section 2.

I created a Zoom PowerPoint but, my background image from the main slide with the zoom links keeps overriding the background for my other slides and I have not figured out why. Any suggestions?

Hello :) I would like to move into zoomed slides with the forward key instead of actually clicking on them, is that possible?
@Brightcarbon3 жыл бұрын
Sadly not. Using the keyboard will just go to the next slide in the deck. A Zoom link requires you to click on it. However, you could set up a custom show (Slide Show > Custom Slide Show > Setup Shows...) to change the order you go through slides, and then the arrow key navigation will work.

@@Brightcarbon Thanks for your answer but I have found a way: If it's the next slide by advancing the slide it will zoom in. So you can create that sequence by ordering the slides well in the panel on the left, e.g. you are on slide 1 and the slide 2 is a zoom slide then going from one slide to another it will zoom in automatically :)

@@mariamkikvadze7565 in addition if it is not hidden it will go to zoom slide on clicking arrow key
