I think you need to be online to create the presentation but then I believe there is an option to download the presentation. Then you could present it without connection to the internet

Yes, it is important to have an offline option as when presenting, often one is in infamiliar surroundings without an internet connection. If there is no offline option, Prezi is useless to many presenters.

Yes you should be able to stream live on KZbin and share your prezi. You can also make a recording using Prezi. They offer a platform on prezi to record a presentation and you talk through your presentation. I apologize for the late reply. Hope this helps.
