Be sure to check that the corresponding size, color and style correspond with what you set up on Printfuls site. I had one issue where a customer ordered a small and received a 3XL. Printful was nice enough to help get the customer what they ordered.

You need to be able to link variants with images. This is a major problem. The image in cart shows up different than the variant.

Thanks for this. My new shop is all fulfilled using Art of Where right now, but I was not happy with the delivery times I was getting from them. (Over 8 weeks on a Tshirts and 3 weeks in production of an art print…) I looking at Printful now, but have 2 different questions. 1) Do you recommend sticking with one fulfillment supplier, or is it ok to have Tshirts done one place and whatever… mugs done somewhere else? Or does that quickly get confusing? (I’m in newbie learning curve hell right now!) 2) I’m finding setting the shipping rates super confusing , I’m NOT in the US, but Norway, so i need to offer multiple shipping rates, and the options are really mad… just don’t know how to set that up. Basically i’m happy to kinda offer 3 rates, people in the US/canada, people in Europe and “the rest”. Is there a simple way to do this, cos the Big Cartel shipping profile thing is very complicated and confusing. Any pointers to these issues gladly received!

Please revert the custom domain plan changes, being able to use a custom domain even with your free plan is what made you stand out from your competitors now you kinda just blend in
