How to use registration forms

When you’re new to OneTap, the first step is to import all profiles, such as students, employees, or visitors, from an Excel file, typically pulled from other registration systems. However, OneTap offers built-in registration forms that allow visitors to register themselves, saving time. These forms can be customized to collect additional information like birthdays, ID numbers or survey questions.
All data is stored in OneTap and can be exported. OneTap also integrates with third-party forms via Zapier and its public API, making it flexible for different systems.
