Thank you. Just bought one of these washing machines and the manual is one of the worse ones I’ve ever come across. Had to ring Samsung 6 times and every time I learnt something new that the other person didn’t tell me re my enquires. Still trying to work out the eco bubble button as to how how much less detergent you should use.

This is quite possibly the biggest POS I've ever had the misfortune of fighting with. I'm at an Airbnb in Mexico, so I get the added frustration of all the settings being in Spanish. The dry function takes hours. Just to do one tiny load of laundry is going to take at least 6 hours.

@@homehelper9273 Yep. Wash and dry. We just plan on doing 1 load a day. It does work, but it's so slow it's super frustrating.

I really appreciate your video; this thing requires an engineering degree to do a load of laundry. I just bought the WD90TA046BX_EP two weeks ago so I'm a complete beginner. I calibrated it and that worked just fine but when I go to do a load of laundry I put my wash in, put in the detergent, turn on the power, turn the cycle to cotton, and press start and no water comes in and it doesn't start the cycle. It just says 56min and then a few minutes later it starts beeping and says 4 degrees C and still no water or laundry cycle. What am I doing wrong? Or what am I not doing?

sorry to hear about your issues, I'm not an appliance technician so hard to say but have you confirmed that there's not an issue with the hose coming in at the back? Samsung say it is related to water supply - a blocked or kinked cable, possibly, as per their website here www.samsung.com/uk/support/home-appliances/the-4e-error-is-displayed-on-the-panel-of-my-washing-machine-what-can-i-do/ let us know if you get to the bottom of it! best of luck

@@homehelper9273 I finally got some help from the Samsung site. As it ends up the installers hadn't turned on the water connection. Once I pulled it out and reached back there and turned it on, it worked like a charm. Thank you!

I had this too, 4C is an error code usually around it not getting enough water. I had a kinked water hose . Straightened it out and fine now

Uno I've had my Samsung washer machine now for about 4yrs I didn't know about the child lock even tho it showed it , it didn't work with me until I had put my washing in and put it whatever cycle then I pressed em both together and it locked . But before watching your video I didn't know. I also had a mess with it amd found that pressing the spin and the picture next to the temperature for 3 secs it turns the noise off it makes when turning the dials and when it finishes, if u want the volume back on press the same 2 for 3seconds .

@@homehelper9273 We have fixed our Washing machine 10 months ago and i am really happy and enjoying it and the temperature got fixed. The programs were faulty and i was desperately waiting for Samsung to fix it. It has been a 5 years washing machine. Love seeing all these care labels. Love to see it washing/heating and spinning. We was going to take the Samsung Ecobubble away until we had the idea to call Samsung engineeer. So i thought i would miss this Washing machine but luckily enough the idea has chosen to be fixed and it is fixed. New control and LED digital lights.

I am not an expert on the engineering side of it but it looks like the way that the machine agitates the detergent before washing to help it mix with water more efficiently. Now I check, Samsung's own video says cool washing is as effective as warm washing and it will save energy due to this. In short, it's not something we can really see as end users, but hopefully it saves a bit of energy i.e. cost. Hard to test definitively, though!

Is the eco bubble mode a default in any wash cycle? so for e.g. if i choose 15 min one the machine will wash using eco bubble mode, or if i select bedding as wash cycle then also it will automatically wash using eco bubble mode right? there is no on / off for eco bubble all clothes in any mode will always wash using eco bubble right?

Ecobubble respectives option is only available in 6 programs like Daily wash, Cotton, Baby care, Synthetics, Bedding and Denim (9KG models only. And yes it may use ecobubble in all programs and cycle. After the Washing Machine operates water you start to hear this sound coming on. That means the ecobubble fan is on and the pump of the fan rotates around the system to make a bubble formant especially in 15 minutes quick wash if you rise up the temperature to 40°. If you put like any detergent that develops ecobubble. You will start seeing bubble without the ecobubble option on.

It was disapointing a full explanation how to use the digital programming of the Conditioner at centre of the type 1 drawer, as you showed the drawer then opened the door but did not explain (as hoped for) the digital programming of the conditioner function. Samsung give scant operational data for operating the conditioner function in their so called operator insructions which we note are type 1 drawer. The function has never been set right due to these none existing secret service type instructions for my wife to be able to use this machine correctly since 2016. The conditioner when put in correctly in the centre blue compartment goes straight into the drum when the wash continues.

I like that part about the Samsung secret service regarding the instructions. Poor that it's not stated better by being more precise. I had thought of buying Samsung as have read a lot of good reviews of the washing machines. However, I have bought Bosch and the clear instructions always well stated in the instructions. Our Bosch washing machine has been heavily used and has never broken down, apart from a water shut off electric valve. Not bad at all at 12 years plus.

As an engineer I am apalled by the lack of after sales by Samsung which has been zero re these necessary instructions. It is a poor show when several folks are like us unable to use this washer NOT to it's full potential. Right from day one my wife has always complained the conditioner was taken into the machine prematurely........... No doubt someone operates the dispenser drawer correctly because they know how to program that push button function that even a Samsung Electrical engineer could not program.. That says one way or another Samsung are technically crap.@@stuartd8695
