On my system with the latest Xcode (14.2) it doesn't appear to go directly to the navigation link for getRestaurantSuggestions. It still seems to function more like a search completion?

How would you observe the searchText in the viewModel if you were to use the new iOS17 Observation. As far as I know that does not use Combine to be able to use debounce.

Denounce is coming to Swift Concurrency in the AsyncAlgorithms framework. Until then, I would still use Combine.
