Compare 14:43 and 17:26, his double rate cull charges during sp2 seems to be bugged or is it just me, only seems to be the case after reaching max charges, but not the case for sp1

He activate death immunity when duped, so dupe is must if you are going to use as a defender, He is good at low sig level
