No need to turn inside vessel breakers on or off for shore-power application?? thx

You're best leaving the breakers on the boat on (unless you want them off for some reason, like hot water heater). Use the breaker on the dock. Make sure the dock breaker is off for all connection and disconnection events and turn it on when you have the shore power cord securely attached.
