Hi, bro how to desable when two fire alarm activate together

what do you mean? If 2 alarms are activated, 1) log in 2) press red button called " alarm ack" then first alarm will appear, just press 2nd button called "disable" then repeat to 2nd alam

@@tech.channel5381 before two days, i received 2 fire alarm together, i didn't notice that. So i press first fire alarm akn and silence. Later login. Then i press fire alarm akn and desable then enter then system reset. The same time evacuation alert came. Immediately my supervisor came he said two alarm active together.

@@ZeePirateMan as far as I know, you gonna have to use Terminal through the one that is built in the simplex programmer, but again I never tried other way.
