Agreed. Stabila assumes everyone knows how to use this product. Good video. I only wish we could have seen the laser do what he was instructing it to do as well.

I bought this laser thinking I could program a percentage of slope into the unit for running sewer lines after I calculate the amount of fall I have from point A to point B. I'm beginning to find out that this is not possible with this unit. That's the sole reason I bought a dual slope laser and this fucking thing wants you to do it manually. Should just be able to punch the slope in you want to grade at then go, WTF!

Sorry to hear about the confusion. You are correct, the LAR is a dual grade laser, but does not have the LCD screen to punch in grade...You would need to manually calculate slope with this laser.

exactly. i have this laser as well and am seriously disappointed it cannot do this. having seriously buyers remorse. oh well

This remote is absolutely horrible. Apparently someone really liked their Nintendo Wii or spends their time behind a desk not using the things they create and we suffer with. Whatever mechanism used to detect motion can’t have been cheaper than two buttons that would do the same more intuitively.
