I love the concept of extending boxes as you did when you cut the smaller box and joined them. I find myself using paper stickers alongside colorful boxes as if they are part of the colorful box border. I recently did this with a paper arrow sticker along the bottom border of a long box and it makes it appear as though the arrow is part of the border. Tips of the trade always interest me especially when I can apply them to my own planners.

I use colorful boxes to encourage me to write and plan! If there is an empty box in my planner, I HAVE to fill it with something! Its why I like to pre-plan my pages so that I make sure to sit down each night and work in my planner for the next day. #keelofafan ❤️

I like to make different designs with the colorful box. What I mean by that is I'll turn them and shape them into diamonds and layer them that way as a different look.
