Sometimes I try to exit out the app and come back again, and seems like that helps me. If still not work, try to report the issue in feedback under setting.

Can you change the font within a template once you add your photos? Or do you have to use the font already in the template

@@LCediting are you able to use a template on a desktop? I'm having a hard time copying a template on my phone. When I drag the video time and try to get to .1 the white borders block so I'm not sure when it's at .1

There’s a link on the template main page banner to apply to become a creator. You must be living in the US and at the age of 18 or older.

This is in US. Some regions have templates function, and some don’t. If you don’t see it, it’s probably not available in your region.
