Hello ! Is it possible change the temperature display for Celsius degree (•C)?

Hello, thank you for your comment! Unfortunately, the LID does not have the option to change from Fahrenheit to °C or vice-versa. The temperature reading on your unit will depend on the measurement system used in your country. Keep in mind that the temperature will not go higher than 46°F (8°C) after you have plugged in the USB-COOLING LID for 30 minutes and will not go lower than 36°F (2°C) as long as the LID is plugged in. If the outside temperature is not higher than 95°F (35°C), the temperature circulates between 36-46°F (2-8°C). Knowing this, it will be easier for you to notice if your medications are in the safe temperature range. Hope this helps, and happy new year 🥂🎆😁

Or you can check the description of this video to locate the same information. You can use the Biogel Ice Pack when you are flying/traveling from point A to point B, and when you do not have access to a power supply. While the Usb-Lid can be used at any times as long as you have e a power supply readily available, or when you do not have access to a refrigerator to store your meds. Hope this helps! 🙌😄

I forgot to shake it and just put it into the freezer. It did make a bulge once frozen. Will this bulge go away once it defrosts?? Or did I damage the biogel??

Hello, thank you for your comment! We are sorry for the situation you have experienced but do not worry, we are here to help you. The issue that you are facing happened because the gel inside was concentrated in one place. To fix the deformation of the Biogel, when the Biogel is thawed, push the bulge part with your hands or with a spoon. Most of the time, this works, so give it a try! Also, in order to prevent this situation in the future, it is really important that you use these steps: When you want to freeze the Biogel you should shake it up and down before putting it inside the freezer compartment, so the Gel inside this component spreads equally along its structure and does not concentrate at one point, and always put the Biogel horizontally in the freezer (laying down). Hello, the ''4ALLFAMILY Voyager Medicine Cooler'' has only 2 cooling methods. The Biogel or the USB-LID, they cannot be used simultaneously. I hope this helps! Thank you for watching! 🤗

@@4allfamily On my first attempt to use the Voyager, I thought the Forteo went outside the tubular cooling part and against the outer wall of the device. Then I found a video showing the medicine inside the tubular cooling part. Bingo: it fit. I will be getting another Forteo pen tomorrow and will be able to tell whether I can travel with both of them. It looks promising.
