Any suggestion on how to remove the plug from the charging unit. May have installed wrong way and jammed into wall unit. Cannot remove it now.

turn on charger before pluging in and unlock car before removing? bit unclear and the mounting bracket is with the charger or seperate nice instructive video and not hasty american
