Learn how to use the Brush Tool in Snapseed from Google.
The Brush Tool in Snapseed from Google is a useful option when you want to change one part of your photograph without altering the rest of the image.
With the Brush Tool, you can literally paint over the regions that you would like to change in your photograph.
Mastering Snapseed's Brush Tool is not hard but there are some secrets here. First, I urge you to use the Exposure Brush instead of the Dodge & Burn brush whenever possible.

Finally, I found video which explains the functions of different types of brushes in an easy to understand way. Otherwise, I was struggling to find out what do they do and what was the difference between them. Other videos I watched are just using the brushes without explaining their features. On my Android tablet I just use my fingers but if you have a newer Apple iPad Pro then I think that the "Magic Pencil" would probably give you even better results.

I think Dodge and Burn is more useful for creative editing pieces on the art/creation side, whereas the Exposure Tool is better for finishing photos. I use both, but I definitely agree that the latter is more forgiving.

The Brush Tool is a nice way to paint your own vignette in Snapseed from Google. If you do not need as much control though then using Snapseed's Vignettes Tool might be a faster way to achieve a similar goal.
