Your video helped me in a different way I have an ept file which I did not know how to program into my chip, I tried using FT Prog but I could not open it since it only opens xml templates Not sure is there any way to convert this template so FT Prog will read it But it doesnt matter now since I now know what utility can read this files Thanks

Only works with GENUINE FTDI Chips , not fakes like the A50285BI

A50285BI is a Fake chip & fake chips will not stay inverted.

I understand that this is a very late response to your question. I'm really sorry. I did not get an answer from Rhydolabz. Anyway, I still went ahead and purchased the FTDI board from them. Unfortunately it turned out to be just like all the other fake boards out there.
