I can not change the date on the machine or the patient's date of birth. Inputting a date more recent than 2004 will receive an error message. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hold the shift key (gray button with 2 up arrows) and press the store/retrieve button. This puts you in the store/retrieve menu. You can print or delete the files from there. The machine only holds up to 40 tests, then you begin receiving the error message to delete files.

Hey Joshua, our recommendation for this problem would be to check and make your date and time on the unit is correct. Also, the DOB format should be as follows: 01/14/19. If there are no slashes, it will not work. If you continue to have problems, please give our Biomed Manager, Tofi, a call at [phone] ext. 1015.
