I lost my instructions years ago, and forgot completely how to even use the binder. I know the instructions are horrid. I watched this and bingo it all came back to me. I sooooo appreciate your demo. You saved me from frustration all over again. You have a great day, Susan.

Had this machine (albeit an older model) given to me and never in a million years would I have sussed it out. I didn’t even realise it did the metal ones too. So thank you, very much .😊

We just found one of these machines at an auction sale. I am in the process of making a family calendar. Now that I have seen your video, making the calendars will be a piece of cake. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your knowledge.

I too am finding this helpful 13 years later when I purchased one on eBay. I love it and you did such a great job explaining everything I would’ve never been able to figure out some of this. I do have the same question that somebody else posted; what is the transparent arrow on the back??

My Ibico machine is a bit different, but I picked it up at a thrift store (for $6.99 USD - woo hoo!) and the manual I found online was not that clear about how to place the plastic comb. Watching you do it saved me HOURS of time! Thanks for doing this!

Thank you for demonstrating it. I just purchased a used machine and I know I'll be able to enjoy it, but, now, I feel I can enjoy it even sooner! Thanks!

Thank you Sue. I picked one up from local second hand store and hand no idea what that big black gap was for. Now I know. It's for the wire combs. Also, I'm among those who had no idea there was a tray for emptying the waste. Apparently the previous owner didn't either cause the things was compacted shut. But not anymore. Thx x2. Love the voice btw :) tc

Do you only bring the back cover over to the front when wire binding?

Very useful as the written instructions are poor, one thing if you lay the wire combs where the plastic combs go, leave the prongs facing out you can then feed the sheets on in the same way you put on the plastic combs

Thanks for showing us, but you didn't show adjusting the size of the wire by using the guide on the side.

I bet this machine lasts about 1 week before it starts to fall apart
@hovawart168 жыл бұрын
+Paul Simpson It looks to me as though it should last decades. The few moving parts seem solid, and it's manually operated. What worries you about this design?
