Thanks for showing it on an object with a gradient. I never thought about what the knife tool would do to a gradient. Good to see it doesn’t mess with it.

Very useful and clear. I have tried using the Knife Tool on a Phto brought into a Desinger project - things go wrong.

Great I'm glad you found it useful! And yes, I have tried as well and for right now it seems its a Designer tool only. I'm hoping they fix that with a future update. Thanks for your comment!

Hi, Nick! I hope this comment finds you well in body, mind and spirit. Cool tool and cool video! This tool could make for some interesting cropping of photographs that goes beyond the standard square/rectangle shape. Questions, comments, ideas, etc. are welcome. Best Wishes, my Friend! Your Friend, Russ

Hey! Glad you enjoyed it! That a cool idea, I wonder how it would work on an imported image? That would certainly be a cool look and something I need to look into! Thanks for your comment!

how to show knife tool in affinity designer?
@njvalenteart Жыл бұрын
It is a new feature in Affinity Designer 2.0 which is available for purchase. It is a knife icon on the main side bar. All the best!
