My father sent me this book in jail about 12 years ago. Read it with my celly and put it in to practice right away. Had bad relations with a guard. It said speak about things as if they were already true and I spoke highly of that guard continually and no BS very soon he actually began behavior that I spoke of and my celly and I were astonished by his behavior. Soon he came to my cell to ask me if I wanted to be trustee and work. This all happened without any manipulation and it was remarkable.

I have learnt that in regards to fear- It feels almost exactly the same as excitement. So we really need to make sure that we don't confuse excitement with fear. I also learnt to move any fear into excitement when I need to.

Kinda tricked myself really. When the fear came. I would ask myself- Is this excitement or fear? If I was safe. And it felt like fear. I would tell/trick myself that it was actually excitement that I was feeling. Took about 6mths of constant 'retraining'. I would like to say tho please... That some fear is important for us too. As it warns us of dangers we haven't experienced or understand yet.

Although I have been familiar with the technique of manifestation for years, use it and achieve good results as well as familiar with the principles of the universal laws, I was surprised that there are other universal laws like oscillation . Yes, it makes perfect sense. And the best thing is that I suddenly realized how black magic works. Many people might laugh at it, but black magic does exist and unfortunately works. There are many videos on the topic but all are a rehash of that original KZbin video. I recommend going to the source. I’ve seen dozens of videos on the topic in recent years but never new information beyond the original. It is also called the principle of “care” or “the lost 8th hermetic principle.”

I know how to achieve Kundalini awakening. It's very difficult but can be easy on your own perspective on it. I have gotten to the point of physical manifestations and other things like future telling and vivid lucid dreams and outer body experiences. I simply observe the Biblical Torah which brings blessing and I think positively..."What a man thinks, so he is". This is also biblical. Notice that it is said to be one of the most useful hermetic principles 5:17 - 5:30. I do believe that the bible had it first through our creator and then others come along and made use of it in their "own" methodology making it seem as though they were the discoverers of such deep wisdom. It could not be any simpler. Keep God the creator first and follow his path.

One thing I've never been clear on is the concept that there must be an equal inversion. With advance, there's retreat. If I focus on my own positivity (advance), where does the negativity go (retreat)? Am I then denigrating something else's experience somewhere else? It's all well and good to bounce from high wave to high wave, but where/who/what is the low wave affecting? Wouldn't a state of neutrality or staying just above neutrality be the most altruistic approach?
