I've bought two of these in the last couple of months. With daily use it gets loose at the base where the braided pole goes into the clamp and won't hold my phone up anymore unfortunately.

I bought mine a couple of weeks ago and Im quite happy with it. I do find it to be quite stiff to move though, but that makes it more sturdy to me!!

I would love this kind of universal claw with a tripod adapter, the classic smartphone claw doesn't support phone cases and strap attached to phone cases, this claw is more easy to use and really help in many smartphone cases scenarios. If you need to make some shoot in nature it will be very helpful to clip or unclipped any smartphone without troubles and more fast

It’s no big deal that the phone can turn all around but the stupid connector that goes to the ball is the issue. I guess they phased out the one that was REALLY well made and only have THIS. It’s extreme stiff. Not at all like the other one
