Here's a trainer tip to save on some time: "Battle together" with your buddy can be done easily by just entering into one of the 3 NPC trainer battles...and then just leaving immediately. You don't need to complete the battle nor even have your buddy come out at all in the battle, just as long as the buddy is in the battle lineup somewhere, then it counts. My main buddy is my floral crown eevee, btw.

From what I’ve found, it’s Poke Stops you haven’t spun with that Pokémon as your buddy and that’s the “New Location”

As someone who works that convention center. You have to go to a convention that uses the space and go out like you are going to smoke and you are there. Not something you can easily get to unless you are coming from within the convention center. Rarely that gate is open during loading for a convention but not a great time to be in that area.

I really appreciate how thorough you are when it comes to you videos, other youtubers cranking out videos with incorrect information as fact. Like the evolution event where you told ppl not to do max evolution raids right before CD cause you would miss out on the move while other youtubers spazzed out about doing max evolution raids because it can be shiny, In this buddy systen you are able to spin 20 stops to get your pokemon excited New or old, however if you swap your buddy out then back it looses its exciting mood then you will have to spin 20 NEW stops to get it back, I have tested this for 2 days now and also a lot of post on TSR Reddit states the same, it does not have to be 20 new ones the initial time, this is all however still not confirmed by niantic or anyone but there has been multiple threads on reddit with people being able to replicate these steps.

You don't have to use him in battle. Just put him in your party and let your other mons do the heavy lifting. Easiest thing to do is battle Team Leaders.

1. Visit a new place is random when you spin a known pokestop as well (not sure if it's 100% if it's a new pokestop) 2. You don't need to use the pokemon in battle to get "Battle Together" I t just needs to be with you on the map

You should see ho oh or Lugia as a buddy. They not only are super huge, (bigger than a mini van) but they fly so high up above the trainer! You can only see their shadow when viewing the trainer close up on the screen and need to zoom all the way out to even see them flying high in the (virtual) sky.

Adventure sync works for building up the km hearts. But I think you have to have your meter active beforehand.

It is much easier to feed the buddy in AR+ mode. The closer you are to the buddy Pokemon the less likely you are likely to miss the berry throw. You also cannot leave a buddy in a Gym. For the "Visit a new place", in my experience it means spinning a Pokestop or Gym that you haven't spun yet while the buddy was on the map with you. Although there is a little bit of a time delay between the action and the heart reward. There are still many bugs and inconsistencies among different players

I been using same stop a day now. after short amount of time you can reuse a stop/gym for the heart.

When battling with buddies put them last and try not to use them they just have to be in the line up to count as a battle . Can be done with train battles

Ok I been testing it. It is just a pokestop you haven't spun that day. Been spinning the stops where I live from way before then. After a few days of playing with my buddy it counts as a newstop. It doesn't work with excited mood until you get a stop you didn't hit prior excited mood. It works. I tried this.

I don't know this for sure, but based off what i've seen to spin a new stop for a heart, it only has to be a new pokestop for your said buddy,(one that they haven't been with you when you spun the stop).

A new place for me is spinning a gym while walking with your buddy close to the gym you havent spun for the day. Apparently the gyms reset every midnight so you can spin the same gym the next day. It wil count towards the new place mission

It does not need to be a halo stop to get the "new place". Dunno why it didn't work for you but it works for lots of people. Maybe it has to be your first spin of that stop on that day. You can also get the "new place" at the same stop on the second day. (I only have a few stops near my home)

I noticed that you don’t actually have to spin a stop that you haven’t been to to get the visit a new place heart, you just have to spin a gym stop it worked for me twice and I’ve been to those gyms many times before. Still not sure if after spinning the gym with your buddy if you’re able to spin the same gym again

New pokestops actually mean ALL the pokestops are new to your buddy not the trainer, which basically means that you can spin the same pokestop 21 times the same day as long each spin you do it each time with a different buddy.

Poffins where out the day before the system was 100% out, I was able to buy some the other day, but as you all can guess I chould not use them :P at first i thought I had to go to the bag to use the poffins, but then i remembered what was shown in the trailer that you can feed your buddy in AR+ and form that I estemated that it was there you whould use the poffins.
