It doesn't rotate at all. It just pulls the hair with air like a vacuum cleaner. I was worried about it getting caught but it's impossible and it's safe

I just got my shark! I tried using the curling wands today but all my curls went straight almost 2 mins after 😭 I’m trying to figure out how to use it properly but I’m so excited to keep using it!
