Hey Chris do you have a more in depth video about Tesla nav? I’m a new owner and I’m a little confused on the trip planning. I know I have more than enough charge to make it to my destination but nav will reroute me to SC and charge for 5-10 mins then continue my trip. This process is somewhat confusing. Any pointers?

Need some help here , I have a Tesla Y 2023 model but the navigation is TERRIBLE the map keeps zooming out, the navigation voice doesn’t always say important things like google does often the Tesla map voice just stays quiet and then says something here and there making us miss tunnels and miss where to get off of the highway , all in all the map has been extremely inconvenient and very unsafe , how can we fix these issues?? I wish we could just have the google maps app on the car and just use that but that doesn’t seem like an option . Could really use the help ! Thanks :)

my navigation system on M3 always go to mute automatically, when I put new route or turn off car and enter again new route. Then I have to go to setting and unmute it. Do you know, how to resolve it? TIA

While navigation is talking use the left scroll wheel to adjust the volume! It should always save at that volume

Do you know any hack to remove history from recent places. After X it shows removed but when you click on again for navigation it still shows.

My Samsung phone Contacts with addresses contains a map icon next to the persons address. Taping the map icon always starts maps which then starts navigating me to that address on my phone. Recently, when I press that same maps icon with addresses in my phone contacts, it sends the map directions and navigation directly to my Tesla, and not on my phone anymore. I’ve tried everything to turn this off and resume using my phone only for navigation. I don’t want my phone to send navigation instructions to my Tesla each time I press the map icon.

Got my tesla running and no matter how much I tried I could not hear the ladies voice. seems to do with the recent software update. but sometimes I like to hear when she says turn now so I don't miss those important turns

@@EverydayChris already discovered the problem. They put the menu language in portuguese but she only speaks english. Changed the menu to english and now she speaks. Now will be waiting for those clever engineers to accept something too basic for teslas: input gps coordenates to get to where I want that isn't a well known mcdee or a street address in the US.

That you cannot do. But you can see your drivers in the app.

Hi Chris, in regards to choose a route without highway, can't you just find that route from Google map and then send it to the car. Now you have a route in the tesla navigation without high way

sometimes it may think you are going to work if you sync your calendar and if you're close too close to home.

My Model Y is cursed because I brought my Model Y and it was in a major accident. It hit 6 cars one by one without any warnings or alerts. The vehicle's Emergency Braking and Auto Emergency Braking did not work in any sort of way. When it hit the fence the car was supposed to stop, right? But kept driving forward hitting 6 vehicles. I had talked to Tesla support they said the sensors were probably not working and where the service center's fault as it was a brand new vehicle.
