This is the best and most thorough explanation of TM basics. Just ordered my TM6 and you’ve done a fantastic job explaining the in’s and outs. Greetings from Chicago!

Couldn't have made it without this video. 10 stars for this 🙌🏻💯 This changed my life, so glad I came across your video and hit the play button 😋 NO REGRETS! Thank you very much 💞

Thanks so much for this. I know the video is a few years old and there and probably new functions to go over but I recently received my new TM6 direct from Thermomix after upgrading from a TM31 which was sadly dying, but with no consultant in my small town, I have been struggling to know what to do with the new functions and cookidoo etc. I have learnt a lot from you and great tips re: washing blade etc. Wish I had found you sooner :) Thanks for taking time to do this video (and the others I am slowly going through). Much appreciated.

Hi Jon thanks for your message. The TM6 as you most likely know updates and adds new modes, the three modes you mentioned were added after this demo, I have them too now and so will all new TM6’s. Bummer you didn’t get the book though. If you are in England now send me an email I might be able to help.. Thanks for watching. Regards Jennifer

Great demo! Just wondering why you would have an air fryer in your kitchen.

Air fryers are a great addition to the kitchen and it saves using your oven for a small portion of chips or a jacket potato 👍🏻

Great demo learned some things I did not know. Just one thing, I was told not to slide the Thermomix as it would damage the scales so always to lift it. Also since you made this they have added the egg boiler and the thicken mode, both of which I like.
@jennifermason3 жыл бұрын
Hi Dorothy thanks for watching, I’m sure I would have said not to slide it, that is 100% no go ! Yes indeed the new modes are great, I’ll need to make a new video soon 😀

Very informative video. Many thanks. I am on the verge of purchasing the TM6 after the brand being highly recommended by a friend. At the beginning of the video you mentioned the thermoserve dish. I cannot see them on the Vorwerk site. Where would I be able to purchase?

Hi Janet, in case it wasn’t clear I can help you with your purchase. So please do get in touch 😀 The Thermoseve is now for sale in the shop in Kingston. I think due to Brexit they are not available online at the moment. Please do drop me a line. jennifermason001@gmail.com I do have one myself that I would be happy to post to you. Chat soon. Can tm6 makes smoothie or any kind of beverages or not? Does it will ruin the blade?
@jennifermason2 жыл бұрын
Yes, it makes smoothies and cocktails. The blades are designed for this. Would you like to see a demo ?
@lolasadipe60144 жыл бұрын
This was such a fantastic demo, definitely the best one I’ve seen (and I’ve watched quite a few!) thank you for all the details and tips, very helpful for a thermie newbie like me! I think Thermomix should just link to this vid for all newbies 👌 Out of interest, is that an air fryer at the back next to your TM5? Hope you don’t mind me asking what brand it is and do you get much use of it? I was torn between getting a thermomix and a ninja foodie which has multiple functions including the air fryer, I ultimately went for the thermomix, but I am curious about your thoughts on their food processors and air fryer since frying/grill is one function that the thermomix doesn’t have. Thanks Jennifer! xxx

You mention the measuring cups are in ml. Are they also marked in US measurements, such as 1/2 cup, 1 cup, etc.?
@jennifermason4 жыл бұрын
Hi Jeannie, It's just one measuring cup, that sits on the top, it should not replace your cup measurements, i don't know if the American one is different, i would imagine it is also in ml. Thanks for watching my videos. All the best Jennifer
@akray10182 жыл бұрын
A cup is a universal measurement used also in non-US countries too. 1 cup = 250ml.

Hi does the Tm6 work if you don’t have wifi will my recipe still come up.
@jennifermason3 жыл бұрын
Hi Camela yes it will if you have downloaded it and saved it, you can store up to 5000 recipes 👍🏻 people take the TM6 camping. If you need any help ordering one do give me a shout 😊
@herbertwilliam84802 жыл бұрын
I don't have a TM6, but I have a Tokit. It can be operated completely offline, only when you download or update you need to connect to wifi. Or switch to manual mode without wifi.

Hi, very useful vid, thank you. In cookidoo, can you, for example get half way through and then cancel operations?

Hi Jennifer yes absolutely, move forward, backwards, skip parts or just come out of it, it will save your place in the recipe incase you want to go back 👍🏻
