Just received the heated vest. There are three heat levels. There is a hood that is heated. Out on the Ben Avery Range in Phoenix in the early morning this really helps. One of the RSO's had one and was raving about how warm it kept him.

A fully heated jacket would be the ticket! If you guys made one of those I would buy one right away!! I know you make a "Heated" jacket..but its only the chest and back small spots...not the whole jacket..

If you'd ever worn a heated jacket or vest you'd know that you don't need the whole thing to be heated... Once your core is warm you don't need heat anywhere else except maybe your fingers and toes

Battery fully charged but vest not turning on when plugged in. Have tried turning on battery first and tried both USB inputs. Not working, vest doesn't heat up and no light.

lost my manual..how do you wash it? I already capped the plug after taking out battery. Cold water? Soap? Dryer?

I just bought this and the battery charges, but the turn on and off buttons don't seem to work. It's a crap shoot to get it to power on to the display. To turn it off it is even harder. I've tried holding the button on for a period of time, quick presses, slow presses. If there is not a procedure, how do I get a replacement battery?

Do you know about the button on the outside of the liner? That’s how to turn the heat on.

Let’s say the battery pack gets down too 25% how long does it take to charge it to 100%, why no heated arms my arm get cold first?

How long does it take for it to warm up on all léveles got mines today and my battery says 45 been charging for the past 2 hours hasent moved sinces but it dosent look like the battery your holding

The battery takes forever as you already know. Mine averages about 9 hrs to get a full charge. I bought an extra battery pack so I could swap them out between charging.

How bulky is the new vest with the hood? Can you feel the hood or does it make a bulge if rolled up when not being used?
