I'm watching this in November 2020. The steps are the same, but the interface has changed. Before I even got to name my project, I was offered the template/background setup option. You can have a colour or images to choose from. Then I was taken inside Trello, where I had the three boxes on the top left corner for tasks, ongoing, completed. Each of them has a + sign to add a card, or you can click on the top right corner of each box (three points) that opens a drop-down menu with more options. There's a small icon in the bottom right corner that allows you to 'create from the template.' Also, you have no options for attachments, checklists, and comments. You have Edit Labels, Change Members, Move, Copy, Change Due Date, Archive. It is very different a few months later. Thank you for your video. Despite the changes, the steps are still helpful.

If I create a board for one particular member, that would also be visible to other members even if I choose private? 3. It is showing 10 board in free version. Can we get more?

Or would you create one card per team member with their tasks on?
