I love Trello! It helps me to be organized. Since my affiliate marketing business is growing, it helps me to get more tasks done efficiently. My teams organize their tasks thru Trello and I also get to monitor their outcome easily.

When your boards all feed into the main calendar... when you mark the task as 'Done' in the master calendar what happens to the original card in the other board. Do you also have to go in there and mark it done in there also?

Great video Jess! I'm still confused as how to get Butler to autofeed into my master calendar. :( I wish I was more tech savvy. I added Butler to each calendar, but the it's only giving me the option to "move to the top of the list" or "move to the bottom" not "send to master calendar". Does that make sense?

Have you used the Butler command builder? butlerfortrello.com/builder.html You'd build a command to say that when something happens on one board, it gets added to another board in a certain column, etc

I did, but it's telling me to copy it to the clipboard and I don't even know what that is. I googled it but it's giving me some pretty tech heavy stuff and I don't think that's what I'm looking for. I can up with the command, but don't know where to put it. I have a love hate relationship with Trello.

Oh, you just copy the command and then put it as the title of a card in the "butler" list on the board you want it on in Trello...does that make sense?
