You are an amazing presenter. You speak in a 'slow' style (relative to typical kiwi funk haha 🤣 ) Really appreciate your methodology. Whakamihi kiaako

Kia Ora Grant.. Im currently doing the online course with Te Wānanga O Raukawa.. It's really awesome but difficult at the same time.. Im finding these vids of yours so helpful, Im obviously one of those people who need to be shown in order to understand lol.. especially when it comes to Te Reo.. Your explanation of it and how you break it all down makes it easy.. I've learnt and understood so much more since watching these so Thanks heaps! :)

Do you have anything similar to help with the Naku/Nōku and Maku/Mōku categories?
@grantwhitbourne5 жыл бұрын
I don't but good idea!

Bit late to the party but the easiest way I have found, Nāku / Nōku - who owNs, note the "N" and Māku / Mōku - for whoM is it for, note the "M". Example : No wai te motokā, who owns the car, Nōku te motokā, I own the car. Ma wai te pene, who is the pen for? Māku te pene, the pen is for me. As for the O and A categories, just memorize the "A" category, less to remember. Hope this is of some help.
