How to Use Tutor LMS with Google Meet for Live Class, Meeting | Tutor LMS Google Meet Integration

Thanks for the tutorial. I have installed tutor lms and configured accordingly but unfortunately only the admin who set up the api can access google meet option. If a new instructor tries to start a meeting from their frontend they are asked to setup google meet integration. Can you tell me if new instructors can add and start meeting or just the admin who authorized the api?

Excellent tutorial-clear and well-explained. I'll be trying it out soon. While Google Meet is a good option, I believe using KZbin's unlisted stream could be even more advantageous for several reasons: There’s no one-hour time limit on live lessons, allowing the instructor to teach for as long as needed. Students who miss the live session can still access the recorded lesson via the unlisted KZbin link, enabling them to replay it at their convenience. These features offer significant benefits for online learning. Not only does this method save storage space, but it also eliminates the need to download or relink videos. The recorded lessons remain on KZbin, making them easily accessible for future reference or as resources for specific points in a course. Even live Q&A sessions can be streamed and revisited later by students enrolled in the course. TutorLMS should seriously consider these options to provide greater flexibility for instructors, especially given the importance of removing time restrictions

Hi! great video just a question whats the different between google meet and google classroom? which do you recommend to integrate google meet or zoom? you have another video with zoom and the different that I find is the time. Could you please recommend me one to integrate? thank you!!

Likewise, the Google Meet addon helps you connect Google Meet with your Tutor LMS site. As Tutor LMS supports both, Google Meet and Zoom, you're free to use any platform you like. Hi, both are popular. But after the initial set-up, Google Meet would be better for easier UX and more free meeting time range. (In our opinion).

I'd like to set up recurring classes, such as 'Aerial Yoga - Thursday Session 7-8 PM'. Manually creating each class isn't very admin-friendly. Additionally, a duplication function would be helpful so I don't have to re-enter the basic information every time. Is there any workaround for this?

Hi, In Tutor LMS Pro, you can duplicate a course from the backend course list. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Tutor LMS Pro > Courses. There, for each course, you'll see a "three-dot-menu" at the right side. Click the three-dot-menu and you'll get the duplication option. We hope it will be helpful. Hi, Each instructor must connect their own Google Meet account to conduct live classes. The setup process is the same for everyone - docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/addons/google-meet-integration/ For the other issues, it would be better if you contact their official support for the latest information.

I hope you are having a great day. With Tutor LMS and Google Meet, you can create unlimited live meetings and multiple teachers can host simultaneous classes from their individual accounts.

Can one upload pdf lessons or PowerPoint lessons with tutor pms?

Dear viewer, you can upload PDF lessons and PowerPoint files as well. When you're editing or creating a lesson, scroll down and you'll find the "Upload Attachments" button. Click on that, and you can upload PDF and PowerPoint files there. Thank you.

Did you also turn on the Google Classroom addon in Tutor LMS? Turning that ON might help.

Dear viewer, if you've reached your Google Calendar usage limit, you can do the following: 1. Invite fewer people to the event. 2. Try again later. 3. End your trial and convert to a paid account.
